MP3 Cutter is a software that lets you edit music by cutting or specifying where you want MP3 music to start or end, and this will be okay in forming ring tone/music.

• Download and install it on your PC.

• RUN it.

To edit any MP3 File.

• Click open to select the file,

• As the music start automatically, click on set start to set the new starting point for the music, and click on end to set the end.

• Finally, click on SAVE to save the edited part.

You can now check and play the new file to see changes.
